Sun Power, Fall Colors and Snow in Llano

Fall in Central Texas is always lovely, especially the mild temperatures.

We have spent parts of the last couple of months off and on, assisting Robert's brother Rick install a Solar Grid Tie with Battery Back up system on our old house in Llano. Here Laura launches the completed system.

City of Llano and Industrial Electric installed new meter and service. Quite dramatic.

We were delighted to experience a rare and early snow event while there, though it did not stick. Click on the pics to see the snow falling!

Then Sunday our good friends from Hawaii, David and Kazuyo, came up and spent the night. Beautiful day for a stroll around old town Llano, then Monday morning out to see the eagles' nest and Lake Buchanan. Happy days with no hard labor were welcome!

Hi again! I love the pic of Laura doing the ceremonial switching on of the solar system. Great photos, as ever!
